"Imagine a Toronto... Strategies for a Creative City" report released today
The report concludes an 18-month study directed by Dr. Meric Gertler and involving a 17-person 'leadership team.' The study was developed in conjunction with Creative London [UK] and funded by the City of Toronto, Province of Ontario, and the London Development Agency.
